The Challenge

Handhaving Support is an organisation that recruits, seconds and trains enforcers. For their in-house training, they hire people who, after a successful exam, can start working as enforcers. However, many of these candidates have to retake this exam several times, which incurs a lot of costs.

The Solution

Thereupon, Handhaving Support decided to improve the candidate selection process beforehand. In collaboration with The Selection Lab, they developed a job profile and used the assessment process to look for candidates who were a better fit.

"We are very satisfied. During job interviews, we can go into depth about candidates' personalities and we now better recognise who is suitable for the training and thus the position of Enforcement Officer."
